Having been diagnosed with ulcerative colitis a number of years ago I have lived with this autoimmune disease a long time and have gone through all the meds up to this point in time where I have been receiving infusions every 6 weeks of an immunosuppressant drug for the last 6 years. Through all of the various medications I have taken this proved to be the most effective and thankfully I have lived a \u2018normal\u2019 life with few symptoms, but I have never been in remission to date. <\/p>

I started seeing Lara earlier this year and through these sessions I have followed her guidance on vitamins and diet and we have worked through a number of issues I have been experiencing. I have had many benefits in a lot of areas but there are 2 that have had an immense impact on my life. Firstly I had a colonoscopy recently and was shocked but thrilled to find that I am in remission from colitis for the first time since diagnosis. I whole heartily attribute this from my kinesiology sessions as having been on many drugs for years this has been a first and only since attending Lara. <\/p>

My other main reason for attending Lara was that I was experiencing severe back pain which led to me having an MRI after which I was referred to Cork University Hospital for surgery, a route I did not want to go to without seeking alternative methods for improving this situation. <\/p>

Through my sessions I have not had any major pain or issues with my back and I cannot recommend Lara highly enough, this has improved so many areas in my life without having to take a medical route where the side effects can have a negative impact on other parts of my health. Altogether the positive impacts from working with Lara have been immense and I am very grateful for where I am currently at without medical intervention. The first photo below is from a previous colonoscopy and the second is my result from a few weeks ago. <\/p>

<\/p>I have suffered for migraines for years. Sometimes up to 3 a week, I went to Lara for treatment as I wasn\u2019t feeling very well in myself.
